To check which Wi-Fi network your Chromecast device or the mobile device is connected to, you can follow these steps. You can fix this by opening your router settings and finding Wireless, then Channel and SSID. It may be set to Auto. If so, change it to another option.

If one does not work for you, try the other. See if the device you’re using Google Home on whether it’s a laptop, desktop, iPhone, Android, etc is connected to the internet. Also, make sure it’s connected via WiFi, not ethernet cable or any other sort.
